Daily Word 2/6/2026

2/6/2026 - Psalm 127:1-2

Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders toil in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain. In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat for he grants sleep to those he loves.

We toil to build this non-profit and want God’s guidance every step of the way. One of our founders reminded us yesterday that we need to constantly seek His will as we work through this effort.

2/5/2026 - Psalm 5:12

Surely, O Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as a shield.

Do you wonder about your future? Are you afraid for your welfare? Don't be, not if your heart belongs to God and you live for him. It is not in his nature to forsake His faithful ones. - Chris Tiegreen

2/4/2026 - Colossians 3:21

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

Do you work for an employer? Perhaps so, but the impression you make on him or her is entirely God’s business. If you have claimed His name, He is therefore zealous about your reputation.

Your character and His go hand in hand. If other people, believers and non believers alike, observe Godly qualities in you God is glorified. - Chris Tiegreen
